BOUTIQUE
TERROIR: Mainly come from the plots of « Ventabrene » and « Piedasse ». Sandy marl soil of different elevations with a rather north exposure. It is the most feminine terroir of the Domaine. The wines are expressive and harmonious of average ageing with a lot of freshness and dainty were flowers, fruits and spices mingle perfectly.
BLEND: Clairette, Grenache Blanc and Ugni blanc
VITICULTURE : organic farming. Spur-pruned and de-budded. De-leafing on the Eastern side,green harvest and triage before harvest.
VINIFICATION : Cold skin maceration from 12 to 24 hours. Pneumatic press, fermented at low temperatures (13°C).
AGEING : In thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks with lies during 1 month.
TASTING: Very pale dress with green reflects. Delicate nose of white flowers (hawthorn and honeysuckle) and white fruits with a lemony touch. In mouth,beautiful balance to finale or become allied floral buttons and agrums.
